I can’t say enough good things about this practice! I’ve been seeing them for a few years… just my yearly exam… since moving to the area. But last year I ended up with a retinal detachment. That’s when I found out that you have to have a great optometrist! Dr Seidman was fantastic. She got me into see a surgeon right away and calmed me down. She took an interest in making sure all was good… even texting me to make sure I was ok, and following up with the surgeon. Since then, I’ve been somewhat of a regular getting my prescription dialed in. Everyone there is always pleasant and helpful. The practice is well run. I’ve seen a lot of optometrists over my lifetime but never thinking I might need a good one for an emergency situation. I highly recommend Dr. Seidman.

Friendly professional service

Finding care for my mom was stressful — she's visiting from out of the country and has no insurance. I made at least 10 calls to different eye clinics and urgent cares asking for a quote, and honestly, most places made me feel unwelcome. My last call was to Eyecare Center of Ken Caryl, and what a difference. The receptionist was wonderful — genuinely caring, helped me find the earliest available appointment, and even gave me a few other options to try in case it was an emergency, along with their contact info. I was really impressed just from that one phone call. The appointment the next day was just as great. Everyone was professional and warm, the appointment started on time, and the whole team was attentive to my mom's situation. They were thorough with the examination while also being mindful of cost — the doctor even printed out coupons for us. I couldn't ask for more. I will absolutely be coming back here for contact lenses and anything else eye-related, and I'd highly recommend this place to anyone

Our family needed a new eye provider closer to home, as we looked at multiple VSP providers, our daughter felt confident to select Eyecare Center of Ken Caryl. Previous reviews confirmed our decision knowing the office was family friendly, supported pediatric needs and hours were great for late afternoons for many families. My daughter is new to contacts and Dr. Goettge made this entire appointment relaxed, comfortable and warm. Dr. Goettge was informative, explained new products, and sat with us reviewing healthier len options for contacts and glasses. Gina is amazing to work with on frame designs, comfort level of frames for face shape, and Kayla was great to have for our appointment process. Gina was super supportive helping our daughter getting her contacts in and out. They provided her a comfortable space, clean area and private room. The staff treated her like an individual and valued her as their patient. Nick was extremely helpful to maximize our insurance benefits and walk us through the best value for the year when it comes to ordering the contacts and getting our everyday glasses. We really look forward to growing with this care team and very thankful they are close to our side of town for any emergencies. Huge thank you to the team!

I have a special eye condition, and this place went above and beyond to check every little possible thing they could, to make sure nothing new was arising. The best and extensive knowledge I have had in a visit ever. Every one I conversed with was pleasant in in good spirits( thats rare these day). And Dr Goettge is amazing, she is funny, and easy to talk to. You can tell she really cares, and that refreshing. I am throughly impressed. I recently have moved in the area, and am glad to call this my home for any further eyecare! Good job team, keep up the good work!!!!

This is a great optometrist’s office and the first people to actually focus on my bilateral astigmatism. I’ve been told I’ve had an astigmatism my whole adult life at the eye doctor, but no one has addressed it. I thought my vision was worsening after a few major surgery’s and turns out, I really needed corrective lenses for an astigmatism in both eyes! It’s helped me so much to be able to appropriately see. My husband referred me as we’ve seen some pretty horrible optometrists in the Denver metro area, sounds far fetched, but they exist and blamed us for their error in manufacturing four pair of lenses in both of our glasses AND sunglasses and sent them to the wrong address. I’ve also felt pressured to buy glasses before and that’s not any fun. It’s a lot of money for new glasses and everyone was so kind here! It didn’t matter what I purchased, or if I purchased my glasses through them. I did end up getting a pair of Gucci sunglasses as they were perfect and I’ve had zero issues for the last year!! They came with all of the certifications, goodies in my bag with a hand written note from the office. Every person I talked to treated me with respect and not like a number while explaining my insurance thoroughly. I highly recommend this office not just for their work and perfect prescription accuracy, but for their ability to be kind to patients and work with them. Thank you.

I have been going to Dr, Seidman for over 8 years. She is very thorough and explains everything in detail. The staff is always professional and helpful.

Everyone is knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful! I have had glasses since I was four. This practice has been my best experience!

I am in my 60's, and very picky about accuracy of prescriptions, weight of glasses and fit. I wear my glasses for 24-36 hours at at time. They found my favorite pair of glasses for me, with no pressure, and worked with me on re-doing lenses and eye exam after using the optical prescription I brought with me initially. I was so pleased I bought a 2nd pair of Occupational glasses, which have been amazing. This is not the cheapest place, but the care and the offerings are excellent. If you want heavy, plastic frames that give you a a headache after 4-6 hours, you can always pick up some "readers" at Costco or Walmart. Considering what I pay for Amazon, Netflix, Disney+, and Verizon, this is the cheapest happiness I purchase. 🙂

Every time I see Dr Seidman and her staff I’m amazed at their professionalism and friendliness! Doesn’t have that clinical feel and you don’t feel rushed through! They take the time to make sure you leave knowing what you need to and finding the perfect set of lens!

I have had nothing but a positive experience here with all the staff. My vision has been pretty consistent for many years but every once in awhile my astigmatism and my MS cause issues that can tweak my vision temporarily. I was apparently having some of those issues when I went in for my exam recently. The staff were all so kind and helpful. They gave me several different contact lenses to try so that I could let them know what worked best. I had to have two eye exams to be sure we got the correct prescription for my glasses as well. Not once did anyone make me feel like I was a bother. I have not had that experience at a different eye center when I had optic neuritis and vision issues. I highly recommend Eye Care Center of Ken Caryl.

After much frustration with other corporate places that just could not understand my ophthalmologist's Rx, the knowledge at this place was a breath of fresh air. Not only did they understand the prescription correctly, but they made my glasses perfectly. I love my glasses! I highly recommend this place for your eyecare needs.

We have been patients here for years and have had a great experience every time. The staff is amazing and always so friendly. Dr. Seidman is great and always makes the exam fun and very relaxed. I have worn glasses for most of my life and have had several previous eye doctors and locations that felt rushed and that I was just another number. Zero personality and an already uncomfortable situation was made worse. Dr. Seidman and her team make the experience lighthearted and fun. Definitely recommend this place! The people there are professional, helpful, and friendly. I had my annual vision exam and RGP contact lenses here. The exam is very detailed, and the new contact lenses are very well made. I am so happy to find this place and make it my annual routine.
